Our opening times are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm. Other times are often possible but should be booked in advance. We are closed for a week or so at Christmas and at Easter. You will be dealing with Dawn Elizabeth Howells (Proprietor), Jenny Melville (Administrator) or Katheryn Garden (Administrator).

Dawn Elizabeth Howells (Proprietor) In recent years Dawn has been mostly recognised as the lady who set up and ran Belsize Music Rooms for thirteen years. However, her career as a piano recitalist - she studied with Yonty Solomon - has extended to hundreds of performances both in Britain and abroad, and as a teacher of the piano she has a track record extending over thirty years. She practises also as a business advisor to musicians. |

Jenny Melville (Administrator) Jenny grew up in a musical environment, went to the Purcell School and has played the oboe since age nine. She played with the National Youth Orchestra and has a music degree from the Royal Academy of Music and the Birmingham Conservatoire. Most recently, she toured with the European Union Youth Orchestra. |

Katheryn Garden (Administrator) Katheryn holds a Music Degree and an Artist Diploma from Vancouver Academy of Music, British Columbia. She has taught singing both in Canada and Britain, and worked on outreach Opera projects. |
We also have a team of three piano tuners, two piano technicians, a piano casework specialist and two subcontracted piano removal companies.
