Domestic Piano Hire
Domestic piano hire is often overlooked or misunderstood. Our article from "Piano Professional" explaining the benefits of renting rather than purchasing might be of interest and can be seen in Our Story. Here is one of our pianos "at home" in Hatton Garden:
We offer a standard contract with charges starting at just £50 per month; hire can start from any date and we take care of the delivery, installation and all subsequent maintenance of the piano - the hirer pays only for the ongoing tuning.
The hirer agrees to take good care of the instrument, which remains the property of Peregrine's Pianos. Before delivery we ask for the hire charge for the first six months and the delivery charge (normally £130, although sometimes a little more).
Our six-month hire contract can be renewed as required. It also contains a purchase option whereby the hirer is allowed 50% of all monies paid under the hire agreement against the purchase price.
